Sylvia is an educational consultant and college advisor with over 10 years of experience in the secondary and post secondary education space. She has a Master in Education from the Top ranking University of Texas at Austin, a Texas Teacher Certificate- Grades (EC-12), and a certificate in college counseling and career planning from UC Berkeley. She is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and also a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). Sylvia loves helping students get into the best possible schools and achieve their maximum potential.
Alex Letichevsky
Alex is an educational consultant with 12 years of both IT and Management Consulting experience. Alex has a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and has been helping students get into top Universities for the past 5 years. Alex specializes in career coaching, brainstorming, essay help, and interviewing as part of the application process. He loves to help make each student sound unique and amazing when they apply to top Universities.
Dr. John Goldis
Dr. John Goldis is an expert in systems engineering with a background in computer science and economics. Dr. Goldis holds a B.S. degree from Harvey Mudd College, a Master’s of Economics and PHD in System’s engineering from Boston University.
Since 2007, Dr. Goldis has been consulting and executing research in the Energy industry, specifically power markets design and analysis. He is a co-founder and chief technology officer of Newton Energy Group (NEG). At NEG he is responsible for the implementation and application of high performance computing to optimizing software processes related to economic market modeling.
At U Admit, Dr. Goldis provides guidance for students interested in engineering, economics, the energy industry, and consulting.
Crystal Cheng
Crystal has over 9 years of landscape architecture and design experience. Crystal excels at bringing her creativity and experience to creating unique and beautiful designs such as the Shiamo Hilton Hotel Design, Shenyang wetland restoration project, Shanghai Himalayas center, and other famous projects. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture from Fu Jen University in Taipei, a one year Interior Landscape Architecture training from Academy of Art in San Francisco, and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington.
At U Admit, Crystal helps those interested in art, architecture, landscape, interior, and general design. She works with students to greatly improve their art portfolios to make sure each student has the best chance of entering a top design or art program.
Dr. Justin Shin
A leader in the field of Integrative Medicine, Dr. Shin has studied both eastern and western medicine. He is the first acupuncture intern at UCSF and now a medical resident at Highland Hospital’s (Oakland, CA) Integrative Medicine Department. He is a passionate primary care provider that wants to help each and every patient. He has a background in Pharmacy and working experience with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) from past Pharmacological research.
Dr. Shin helps guide students that pursue pharmacology, research, and alternative medicine.
